In order to improve efficiency, tracking of issues and reducing redundancy, we have created an all new reporting tool for reporting your issues.

Just a few of the many benefits of the new system:

  •     Ensure proper information is being provided back to the support center for improved efficiency in addressing the issues faster
  •     All support center teams that address store issues are now using a single system
  •     Everyone has far better control and visibility of issues affecting their sites, tracking and escalation
  •     Historical data, reporting and analytics for all department reported issues
